We carry replaceable filters that can be inserted into face masks that have the insert pocket, to improve the filtration efficiency of the masks. Our two products are PM2.5 filters and Filti filters (made in Canada). Both are made of nonwoven polypropylene material. Filti also has a high-performance nano-fiber middle layer while PM2.5 filters have an activated carbon middle layer. What is the difference between Filti and PM2.5 filters?

Filti Mask Filters

Filti is made of three layers:

  • Layer 1: Polypropylene spunbond nonwoven
  • Layer 2: Nanofiber fine filtration layer (polyurethane polymer)
  • Layer 3: Polyester nonwoven layer

PM2.5 is made up of five layers

  • Layers 1 and 5: Spun-bound non woven polypropylene material
  • Layer 3 (middle): activated carbon layer
  • Layers 2 and 4: melt-blown filtering material
